The rockers (unlike other KMW) are all 2 inches longer than tagged on the inseam, I guess thats just how they intend people to wear them. They won't shrink much.

depends really on your height though...but i'd say about a 36-38 inseam

About 3-4 inches above my true inseam works quite nicely for me, my Rakers stack like hell at the moment at 3 inches above my true inseam but I suspect they'll slouch down a lot as they get less rigid.

I would bet that it looks cool now.
Depends on your personal taste, of course.
If you do decide to shorten them you should wear them for a while first, because as they stretch and as the creases set in they will sit differently on you than they do when new.
